Common questions from parents
If your question is not here, message the centre and a real person will answer.
How do I know which programme my child needs?+
You don't need to decide before you speak to us. Book a free trial session and we will recommend a starting point based on what your child can actually do, including when the honest answer is to wait a term.
What happens if my child misses a session?+
Let us know as early as you can. Where a place is available in another group that week we will offer a catch-up, and your child's educator will note anything missed.
How do you keep children safe?+
We are Ofsted registered, all staff are DBS checked and safeguarding practice is reviewed every term. A designated safeguarding lead is on site during every session.
Can I speak to my child's educator directly?+
Yes. Use the contact options on this page, WhatsApp the centre or call reception and we will arrange a conversation with the right person, usually within one working day.
Do you offer funded or supported places?+
Funded childcare places and HAF holiday places are confirmed at enquiry. The Phoenix Community Club is deliberately low cost, and the Legacy Group community fund supports families who need it.
